Error in Amount Input: If you accidentally input the wrong donation amount, a refund may be processed upon verification. Please send your name, date of donation, the donation URL, and the donated amount through our contact form for assistance.
Amanah Relief Technical Faults: If a technical error occurs on our end resulting in incorrect donation charges, the excess amount will be refunded. Please contact us for rectification.
Changes of Mind: One-time donations are non-refundable. For recurring donations, you may cancel your subscription anytime, but already donated amounts are non-refundable.
